Internt arrangement (blå): Medlemmer af SMil eller en samarbejdsforening kan deltage. Medlemmer af SMil kan medbringe gæster.
Lukket arrangement (rød): Kun medlemmer af den pågældende gruppe, og disses personlige gæster, kan deltage.

Klargøring og oprydning
Arrangører har ret til at at møde op en time før arrangementets start for at gøre klar. Og til at blive en time efter for at rydde op. Er der brug for mere tid, skal der bookes tid til det. Foregår der oprydning og klargøring samtidigt, må I finde ud af at sameksistere.
